4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

●      Singapore

If you do not see your location listed, please contact us at sales@teckcheong.com.sg, and we will assist you.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some products may have shipping restrictions based on local laws or regulations.

We only ship to local address in Singapore currently. For International shipping, please contact us at sales@teckcheong.com.sg and we will assist you.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be applied by your country's customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at sales@teckcheong.com.sg. We will work with the carrier to try and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate for all parcels damaged during transit as logistics handling is out of our control.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
