How do I track my orders?
Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.
If we are using our own fleet, our team will liaise with you via WhatsApp to arrange delivery dates and timing.
Can I modify or cancel after order has been placed?
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
Modification to your order may incur delays and some top-up of payment to match the changes made.
What payment methods do we accept?
We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and PayNow.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to different customer preferences. Standard shipping is the most economical choice with a delivery time of 2-4 working days, while expedited shipping provides a faster delivery option at an additional cost.
Do you deliver to Island wide locally?
We provide delivery to any local address except for restricted areas (Free Trade Zone, Sentosa Island).
Certain locations like CBD, Sentosa and Shopping Malls will require additional shipping cost.
Can I change my shipping address?
You are able to amend the shipping address if the order is not shipped out yet. However, if the order is shipped out we will be unable to change the shipping address.
Note that any amendment to the shipping address may incur additional charges if it's within certain areas like CBD, Sentosa and shopping malls.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not provide international shipping options currently.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return for the following consumable item(s):
- Adhesive (Tape, Glues, Silicone)
- Power tool accessories (Drill bit, Cutting Disc)
- PPE (Helmet, Coveralls)
- Chemical (Thinner, Grease)
Do reach our team so that we can advice whether item is eligible for return if you're unsure.
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return is simple. Log in to your account on our website, go to the order history section, and jot the item SKU number you wish to return.
Contact our team via email or WhatsApp message and we will liaise with you for the return request.
Are there return shipping fees?
In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Most tools warranty are covered against manufacturer defect by the manufacturer.
How do I register my product for warranty coverage?
Product registration for warranty coverage is a straightforward process. Upon receiving your order, please keep your order receipt as proof of purchase.
As we are the authorized dealer, your receipt will serve as a proof of warranty coverage starting from the date of your purchase.
What is not covered under the warranty?
While our warranty is comprehensive, there are certain situations not covered. The warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Can I have wholesale price if we purchase item(s) in bulk?

I am an overseas customer. How do i place an export order?
For interest in exporting our product range, please send us a message at sales@teckcheong.com.sg via email and our dedicated export team will contact you.
We can deliver to your order to a local forwarder or under your preferred shipping terms.
Membership
How long is the membership validity?
Our membership program is lifetime. However, there are different tiers of membership to enjoy tier privileges. Members are required to meet certain requirements in order to stay at the same tier
How do I earn points from my membership?
For every $1 purchase, you will earn 100 Tool Points which can be redeemed to offset you next purchase with us.
You can earn accelerated points for every $1 purchase as your progress to higher membership tier.
What are the benefits that members are able to enjoy?
Members get to earn Tool points which can be used to offset their next purchase. Higher tier members get to enjoy additional benefits such as accelerated points earn, exclusive promotion, birthday vouchers and more!
